How to access the Business Email control panel

This guide explains how to open the Business Email Panel at the official address, sign in safely, and recognise that this panel is for Business Email only.

Before you begin

• An active Business Email service. See How to order Business Email.
• The sign-in details for your Business Email service.
• A browser on a device you trust.

This is not the web hosting panel

The Business Email Panel manages Business Email only. It does not manage websites, databases or hosting email. Those are managed in the Hosting and Reseller Panel, described in Web hosting.

Steps

1. Open your browser and go to https://panel.apncloud.com.
2. Check the address bar. It should start with https:// and show panel.apncloud.com.
3. Sign in with the details for your Business Email service.
4. Select your domain to manage its mailboxes and settings.

Expected result

The Business Email Panel opens and lists your domain and its mailboxes.

If something goes wrong

• The password is rejected. Check it carefully. Passwords are case-sensitive. Contact support from the Client Area if you still cannot sign in.
• The address bar shows a warning. Stop and check the address. Do not enter your details on any other site.
