How to access webmail

This guide explains how to open Business Email webmail in a browser, sign in safely, and use the same steps on a shared computer.

Before you begin

A Business Email mailbox with a known password. See How to create an email account.
The webmail link for your Business Email service, shown in the Business Email Panel.

Open the webmail link shown for your Business Email service in the Business Email Panel. Bookmark it.
Enter your full email address and password.
Sign in and check that your inbox loads.
Sign out when you finish, especially on a shared computer.

Bookmark the official link

Use the bookmark or the link from the Business Email Panel. Do not use a link from an unknown message, even if it looks similar.

Your inbox opens in the browser, and you can read and send messages.

Sign-in is rejected. Check the email address and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
The mailbox is missing. Check that it was created. See How to create an email account.
The password was changed recently. Use the new password.
The problem continues. Read Email authentication errors.
