What is APNCloud Business Email? ​

This guide explains what Business Email is, who it suits, what you need to use it, and how it differs from the email included with a hosting plan.

APNCloud Business Email is a professional email service that uses your own domain name. Your team can send and receive mail as name@yourdomain.com from webmail, a desktop app or a phone.

Business Email is a separate service from the email included with web hosting plans. You order it in the Client Area, manage mailboxes in the Business Email Panel, and renew it through the Client Area.

With Business Email you can:

  • Create mailboxes on your own domain
  • Read and send mail in webmail or in apps such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail, iPhone Mail and Android mail
  • Connect mail apps with IMAP for receiving and SMTP for sending
  • Strengthen email authentication with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records in your DNS

Business Email filters spam and viruses as part of the service. No email service can promise that every message reaches the inbox, so set up the authentication records and follow good sending habits too.
