Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most often. Each answer links to the full guide.
Getting started
Where should I start?
Read Choose a service to find the product that fits your needs. If you are new to hosting, read What is web hosting first.
How do I contact support?
Use the Get help guide. You can also visit the support page or email support@apncloud.com.
Account
How do I reset my password?
Follow Password recovery. Never share your password with anyone.
Where do I see my invoices and renewals?
Sign in to the Client Area and open the invoice and renewal pages. See Invoices and payments and Renewals.
Domains and DNS
How long does a DNS change take?
DNS caches can keep the previous answer until its TTL expires. Nameserver delegation and DNSSEC can take a different path, so there is no universal completion time. Check the authoritative answer and see DNS troubleshooting.
How do I point my domain to my hosting?
See Connect a domain to hosting.
Hosting and SSL
Is SSL included?
Some hosting plans include SSL, and standalone certificates are also available. Check your plan details, and read SSL basics.
My website shows a certificate warning. What now?
See SSL not working.
Email
How do I set up Business Email?
See How to order Business Email. For your mail app, see Configure Outlook or Configure Gmail.
Why do my emails go to spam?
Check your authentication records first. See Emails going to spam.
Servers and resellers
Do VPS plans include root access?
Root access and administration responsibilities depend on the chosen VPS product and management terms. Confirm them before ordering; see Choosing a VPS.
Can I resell hosting?
Yes. See Understanding reseller hosting.
Applications and optimization
Can I host PHP, Laravel and WordPress here?
Use a compatible PHP environment and the features required by your application. Laravel also needs a safe public document root and suitable deployment tools. See Application hosting and check your plan before relying on Composer, queues or custom services.
Can Vue and React run on shared hosting?
Static production builds can be served as files. Server rendering and server-only APIs need a supported runtime. Follow Vue hosting or React hosting.
What about Node.js?
Confirm a maintained persistent runtime on your plan or use a VPS. Start with Node.js hosting and the VPS service example.
Which optimization settings should I use?
Measure the slow part first. Use the optimization checklist, then the guide for your stack. Avoid arbitrary memory values and caching private pages as public content.
VPS networking
Does my website need a public VPS IP?
If you host the site directly on the VPS, yes: it needs a publicly reachable IP and inbound web ports. Outbound Internet and a tested administrative recovery route are still required.
