Cannot log in to the hosting panel
Symptoms
- The login page rejects your username or password.
- The panel says the account is locked, or asks for a verification step you do not recognize.
- The page does not load, or you are sent back to the login page after signing in.
Common causes
- The username or password is wrong, or the Caps Lock key is on.
- The panel address is wrong, or you are using the Client Area login instead of the hosting panel login.
- Too many failed attempts temporarily locked the account.
- Your browser blocks cookies, or an old session is cached.
Safe initial checks
- Check the address. Use the hosting panel link from your welcome email or the Client Area, not a link found in an unexpected message.
- Test in a private window, with cookies allowed for the panel address.
- Wait a few minutes if the account may be temporarily locked.
Step-by-step solutions
- Wrong password. Use the password reset option, or see Password recovery.
- Wrong login page. Sign in to the Client Area first, then open the hosting panel from there. See Create and log in.
- Temporary lock. Wait, then try again with the correct credentials.
- Cookies or cache. Clear cookies for the panel address, and sign in again.
How to confirm the issue is fixed
- You sign in and reach the panel dashboard.
When to contact support
Contact support if the password reset does not arrive, or if the account is locked after you wait.
Information to include in a support ticket
- The panel address you used, and the exact message shown.
- The email address on your account, but never the password.
