Branding

This guide covers which branding options a reseller can set, how to set a reseller name and welcome message, and what branding cannot do.

Before you begin

  • A signed-in reseller account in the Hosting and Reseller Panel.
  • Your brand name, your logo file if you have one, and your brand colours.
  • Confirmation from your reseller plan of which branding options it includes.

Branding is limited to what your plan allows

Not every part of the panel can be changed. Branding options depend on your reseller plan and on the panel version. Do not promise customers a full white-label panel unless you have confirmed every part of it.

Steps

  1. Set your reseller name. Open the reseller settings and enter the name you want customers to see.
  2. Write the welcome message. Open the welcome message option, if your plan offers it, and write a short, clear message for new customers. Include where to sign in and how to get help.
  3. Choose the interface options available. If your plan offers skins or layouts, select the one you want for your reseller account.
  4. Set logo and colours, only where the panel offers them. Use a logo file in a supported format, and check how it looks in the panel.
  5. Set branded nameservers only if your plan supports them, and after you have read Change nameservers.

Expected result

Customers see your reseller name and welcome message, and the interface options you chose are active.

If something goes wrong

  • The logo does not appear. Check the file format and size the panel asks for, then upload it again.
  • A branding option is missing. Your plan may not include it. Ask support.
  • Customers see the wrong name. Check the reseller name setting and the welcome message, then refresh the page.
