Choose and Order an APNCloud Service
You can explore available products on apncloud.com. After placing an order, use the Client Area to check invoices, activation and service details.
Choose the right service

Place an order
- Visit APNCloud and open the product category you need.
- Compare the current plan details, features, resource limits and renewal price.
- Select the product and any available billing period or configuration options.
- If the order involves a domain, enter the correct domain name and check whether registration, transfer or existing-domain setup applies.
- Review the order summary carefully, including the domain spelling, service, billing period and final amount.
- Sign in to your APNCloud account, or register during checkout if the option is provided.
- Complete checkout using an available payment method. Keep the order or invoice reference.
Check your order before paying
A misspelled domain, wrong billing cycle or incorrect service can be difficult to change after processing.
After ordering
Sign in to the Client Area to check the invoice and service status. Activation can be immediate or may require additional processing. Follow Order status and activation for the next steps.

- Domain name unavailable: Try a different spelling or extension before checkout.
- Wrong service selected: Contact support with the order reference before making another order.
- Payment unsuccessful: See Invoices and payments.
- Not sure where to log in after activation: See Manage services.
